Return and Exchange

Our goal is your satisfaction! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, exchange or return it with no restocking fee. Shipping charges will apply only.

1. The customer who isn't satisfied with our products, please contact us by email Service@onedor.com within 7 days. Overdue, this item is not available.

2. There won't be any restocking fee charged for return and exchange, but clients may have to bear the shipping fee. We could provide prepaid return label, the return label expense will be deducted from your refund amount.

3. Please email us with pictures of the goods that you intend to return or exchange for our reference.

4. In order to make sure that we are able to receive your returned package, please be sure to contact us before sending it back. We have every right to refuse to sign for the package if you send it back without our permission! Otherwise, you will be responsible for all the losses arising there from.

5. It may take 4-5 business days for your exchange/return to reach the Beauty & Hair Fulfillment Center. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 2 business days of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that, depending on your credit card company, it may require an additional 2-10 business days for your credit to post to your account.

Exchange or Return Product Eligibility

1. In original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging.

2. Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange)

3. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving your original order.
